The Verkhovna Rada announced the resignation of Minister of Youth and Sports Vadim Gutzeit from his post.
This was first reported by MP from the Servant of the People party, head of the faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, David Arakhamia, who did not specify the name.
Arakhamia wrote that the issue of the minister’s resignation will be considered by parliament by the end of this week.

He did not name the head of the ministry who could be fired.
Subsequently, he was joined by Yaroslav Zheleznyak from the Golos party, who, in turn, indicated that we were talking about Vadim Gutsayte.
People's deputies did not specify the date of the vote for his resignation or the reasons.
Gutzeit himself also did not comment on information about his resignation.
Vadim Gutzeit has headed the ministry since March 2020. In addition to the Ministry of Youth Sports, Gutzeit also heads the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.

The previous rotation in the post of minister took place with the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Then the former head of the department, Alexei Reznikov, was replaced in his post by Rustem Umerov.
