Ukrainians, who joined the terrorist defense at the beginning of the war, are now ready to go to war. They learn very quickly, because they understand what and whom they are protecting.
This was said by the commander of the 127th troop brigade, Roman Grishchenko, with the call sign Uncle Roma.
According to Grishchenko, there are enough people who want to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Moreover, many Ukrainians have not yet put on military uniforms, just because they don't have enough space .
I have such a line to call! Everyone knows everyone, everyone cares about everyone and supports everyone. Everyone wants to contribute in order to put an end to these relations between Russia and Ukraine, which are incomprehensible to the whole world, once and for all. – said the commander of the 127th brigade Troop.
Now people of different professions serve in his brigade – from a musician to an IT specialist or a businessman – in the war there is work for everyone. Most of them are Kharkiv residents or residents of Slobozhanshchyna.

Mobilization in Ukraine: the main thing
- Ukraine has a presidential decree on mobilization. So far, it is going according to plan and there are no disruptions or mass evasion.

- At the same time, she added that today in Ukraine there is no question of mobilizing women. Opposite messages are often spread by Russian propagandists.
There are no legally defined queues and waves of mobilization in Ukraine. Earlier, the head of the personnel department of the headquarters of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Roman Gorbach, told NV that queues were a rather conventional concept. However, usually there are 4 stages of conscription of citizens liable for military service:
- The first stage of the operational reserve is former military personnel under 40 years old who have combat experience and served in the army under a contract or during one of the waves of mobilization.

- The second stage of the operational reserve – military personnel who served in military service until 2014 or served under a contract.
- Mobilization reserve (third stage) – citizens liable for military service who graduated from the military departments of universities as reserve officers and did not were called up during previous mobilization campaigns.
- Public reserve (fourth stage) – other citizens who do not have age and physical restrictions on conscription for military service and can be recruited to recruit the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations exclusively in a special period.
