Russian invaders are preparing to hold so-called “referendums”, in particular, in the newly occupied territories from September 23 to 27. There they can start mobilizing men to send them to the front.

Many men have already left the occupied territories
According to Lisyansky, a significant number of men have long since left the territories that the Russian invaders seized after the start of a full-scale invasion. For example, his colleague reported that there were almost no men left in Kherson – more than 70% of the population left.There are practically no men in the occupied territories. They (occupiers – Channel 24) do not hope for this. Very soon we will see in Russia such personnel as it was in ORDLO, where the militants carried out forced mobilization. – said Lisyansky.
He added that the infidels are trying to additionally attract about a million more people to the war. All sorts of governors are already heading mobilization headquarters in Russia to take away the unemployed, those working at enterprises, and so on. They will be thrown to the front like “cannon fodder”.
Partial mobilization announced in Russia: briefly
- Russian dictator Putin signed a decree on partial mobilization. According to Defense Minister Shoig, they want to call up 300,000 reservists. This seems to be only 1% of the mobilization resource.
- The State Duma announced that the bulk of conscripts will be removed from the central and western regions of Russia.
- Russians are not happy with the news about mobilization. They began to panic madly.
