Rescue and search operations have been completed in Dnipro at the site of a destroyed high-rise building. However, some people are still considered missing.
The National Police reported that as of January 19, 11 people remain missing. According to law enforcement officers, 10 investigative teams are currently working at the site of the tragedy.
More than a dozen people remain missing after hitting a high-rise building
Investigators continue to document the aftermath of a missile attack on a house in Dnipro. Currently, 10 investigative teams are working at the site of the tragedy.
They inspect apartments and accept applications from owners of damaged property. In total, the police received more than 560 complaints regarding the tragedy.
Of these, 420 reports were about damaged property, 43 were about damage to cars, and another 10 were about administrative buildings. Unfortunately, 11 people are still missing.
The police registered and checked reports of missing people. Each application has been worked out – now 11 people remain missing, – the press service noted.
Note that on January 14, a Russian rocket killed 45 people in the Dnieper. There were 6 children among them.
Hundreds of Dnipro residents came to say goodbye to the boxing coach who died in Dnipro
- Due to a Russian missile attack on a residential building in Dnipro on January 14, a well-deserved boxing coach Mikhail Korenovsky. On January 17, the man was buried.
- The farewell ceremony took place in the playing hall of the Pridneprovsk State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports. Hundreds of Dnipro residents came to the funeral – friends, colleagues, relatives and students of Korenovsky.
- The husband left a wife with two children. The Russians took away their house and their dearest person.
