Point before full-scale de-occupation of Luhansk region, &ndash ; Guide about the liberation of Liman

Liman is a very important springboard for both the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Russian invaders, and its liberation opens the way for the Ukrainian military to start a full-scale operation to de-occupy the Lugansk region.

About this Channel 24< /strong> said the head of the Luhansk police department Sergei Gaidai. He explained that there is a river near Liman, on the other side of which, by and large, the Lugansk region already begins. Therefore, we can hope that Ukrainians will soon receive good news from this region.

I'm looking forward to when it will be possible to come in and start working there. Therefore, we continue to help the Armed Forces, listen to everything that the guys need, quickly deliver and do not hesitate in any way,” Gaidai emphasized.

Liman is one of the biggest victories of Ukraine in war

The head of the Lugansk region noted that in order to know more or less exact figures about the losses of infidels in Liman, one must wait for this information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, we can already say that the dismissal of Liman is one of the biggest victories of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Gaidai compared this de-occupation with the recent very successful Kharkov operation.

“It was just a little bigger in Kharkov. They ran away so much that sometimes even our guys were surprised. they say: “But there is no one here.” So they really had a “derogatory offensive” in full,” he explained.

When they start working with population

Sergei Gaidai is convinced that only the military will allow the legitimate Ukrainian administration to enter Liman and start working with the population and infrastructure – his colleagues from Donbass will be there in an hour at the latest.

“Everything will start spinning, everything will start working, right away humanitarian aspects will be resolved. Everything related to preparation for the heating season, analysis, audit – it will be very fast,” he is sure.

What plans does Putin have in Luhansk region

Despite the fact that analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War believe that Putin is more interested in maintaining the South than the Luhansk region, Gaidai noted that this region is also very important for Russia, although not a priority.

He never thought about the people of Donetsk or Lugansk regions, they never respected them and did not consider them part of Russia. It is just a buffer and certain imperialist plans,” he stressed.

The head of the UVA explained that for the occupiers, the Luhansk region is a buffer to restrain the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They, of course, understand this, and will issue appropriate commands to contain the advance of Ukrainian forces. However, it is not certain that these commands will be executed.

“We saw what happened in Liman, when the almost encircled troops offered the opportunity to withdraw, and they were denied this by their own Russian commanders. I think that in the Lugansk region it will be the same – they will not just run all the way to the borders, but will try to hold back the offensive,” he suggested.

But I am sure that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will cope with this task and dismiss the Luhansk region not to the so-called line of demarcation, but to the administrative borders , – summed up Gaidai.

How the Russians react to the loss of Lyman

The Russians, although they run away from mobilization en masse, because they don’t want to go to die to the war, criticize already there. The news that the Armed Forces of Ukraine entered Liman has traditionally stirred up Russian social networks. Local military correspondents and ordinary Internet users began to hysteria and accuse the command of inaction.

Anastasia Kashevarova, who calls herself a Russian journalist, expressed particular indignation online. Carefully choosing obscene words, she turned to Shoigu and Gerasimov in her telegram channel and voiced the questions that worry thousands of jingoistic Russians: “Why didn’t you do anything?”, “Where is the supply?”, “How did it happen?” , “Why didn't you prepare?”.
