The Pentagon explained why Leopard was not discussed at Ramstein: what was considered instead

During the meeting in the Ramstein format in Germany, Ukraine's partners did not come to a common decision on granting Ukraine Leopard tanks. At the same time, the allies discussed no less important issues.
