— Now there are a lot of requests for UAV operators, because the war is becoming more and more high-tech, a lot of robotic systems and unmanned aerial vehicles are used. There are also a lot of requests for representatives of the IT sector for the same reasons that war is becoming more modern and technologically advanced,” noted Dmitry Lazutkin.
The number of requests for rear specialties, such as a cook or a clerk, has also increased. Significant need for drivers, mechanics, shooters and scouts.
— During the war, many Ukrainians took courses in tactical medicine, some basic courses, and mastered some skills, at least basic — they feel more confident. And some are the opposite. Absolutely different people from different social strata, with different education, with different motivations come to war,” notes the speaker of the Ministry of Defense.
