The Armed Forces of Ukraine once again hit the Antonovsky bridge in Kherson. It was a long and well-planned operation to destroy its spans.
This Channel 24 was told by military expert Pavel Narozhny. According to him, the Ukrainian defenders watched and controlled how the KamAZ column was moving along the bridge.
“The operation was very well planned”
Narozhny noted that, judging by the words of witnesses, 9 KamAZ trucks were moving along the Antonovsky bridge. APU hit them with HIMARS, after which 8-10 explosions thundered. From this we can conclude that the operation was extremely difficult.
Let's imagine 9 trucks moving across the bridge. They move at a speed of, say, 60 kilometers per hour. With ammunition, they probably won’t, – said the military expert.
According to him, the M31 rocket flies at a speed of 3,000 kilometers per hour. If the APU fired from the maximum range, that is, from 80 kilometers, this means that the rocket flies for about 1.5 minutes, and the truck travels about 1.5 kilometers during this time.
This means that the operation was very well planned, very well executed,” Narozhny emphasized.
In his opinion, this operation was planned for a long time in order to destroy the span of the bridge and completely stop communications in this direction.

“They gave the command to open fire”
Narozhny believes that The Armed Forces of Ukraine were looking for this enemy convoy of trucks, controlled and watched how it was moving.
At the very moment when the KamAZ trucks drove onto the bridge and they the speed of the column is going to move – they gave the command to open fire. – said the military expert.
According to him, 8-10 missiles flew from the launch point to the bridge, and possibly even more, in order to accurately hit this column on the Antonovsky bridge.
Important! In the summer of 2022, the whole world recognized Antonovsky bridge in Kherson. The Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted powerful blows on him and disabled him, which created significant problems for the entire group of infidels on the right bank of the Dnieper in southern Ukraine.
