Restoration of infrastructure has begun in areas where hostilities have ceased completely or partially. After all, under the temporary occupation of the Russians were about one and a half thousand settlements.

How cities and villages are being restored
In Kherson region30 villages and towns received humanitarian aid. At the same time, in the Kyiv region, a temporary bulk bridge was opened in Romanovka, connecting Irpin, Bucha, Gostomel, Vorzel with Kiev. The work lasted 5 days and was carried out around the clock.
Despite the fact that part of Kharkov regionis captured by the Russians and fighting continues there, public utilities began to clean roads from destroyed equipment. Potholes have been patched up on the roads where people are being evacuated.
In Sumy regionlocal residents and volunteers carry out sanitary cleaning of the streets and take out the garbage. Partially restore power supply in Trostyanets. In Akhtyrka, houses are connected to water supply.
In Chernihiv region, temporary crossings are being built near the villages of Smolin and Yakubovka.
For almost a week, work has been going on on the Zhytomyr highway. It is being cleared of destroyed equipment and crossings are being built. The village of Veselovka is also cleared.
In addition, police and rescuers are starting to work in the liberated settlements.
The following have been restored in the settlements:
- gas supply – by 90%;
- water supply and sewerage – by 50%;
- electricity – in more than a thousand cities and villages;
- filling stations – in 300 settlements;
- the work of pharmacies, shops – by 30%;
- the work of ASCs – in 300 villages and cities;
- universities – by 50%;
- banks – in 75 settlements.

Money from the reserve fund will be provided to eliminate the consequences of the war. Regions will receive:
- Kyiv – 400 million hryvnia,
- Chernihiv – 250 million hryvnia,
- Sumy – 250 million hryvnia,
< li>Zhytomyrskaya – 100 million hryvnias.
This money is intended for the repair and replacement of windows, roof structures and roofs, facades of houses, restoration of roads, engineering networks and systems.
The current repair work is planned to be completed in a month and a half.
