A combat armored personnel carrier was needed
In order to tear off a trident of several meters, an armored personnel carrier was driven there. They attached a rope to it and began to pull it.
It should be noted that the Kremlin's propagandists have been telling for a long time how the residents of Kherson allegedly rejoice at “de-Ukrainization”. However, for some reason, there is no joyful exclamation or groups of lovers of the “Russian world” on the recording.
