Occupiers fired on evacuation buses in Popasna/collage of Channel 24
Russian invaders continue to do everything to prevent Ukrainians from leaving the hot spots. So, the invaders fired on evacuation buses in Popasna.
This was announced by the head of the Popasnyansky VGA Nikolay Khanatov. He noted that the evacuation buses were shot, and their drivers stopped communicating.
Additional buses were sent to Popasna
Khanatov noted that 31 people had been evacuated from Popasna the day before. But there were many more people who wanted to leave the city. Therefore, it was decided to send two additional buses there. The vehicles reached their destination, and there they already came under fire from an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group. Khanatov emphasized.
The head of the CAA stressed that he was very worried about the people who went on evacuation buses to Popasnaya. These are volunteers who took it upon themselves to take the civilians out of the city.
Nikolai Khanatov stressed that the Russian military kill civilians every day. Moreover, the victims of the infidels are the Russian-speaking population, whom they allegedly came to “save”. Popasna itself has turned into a real battlefield.
Volunteers in Popasna are not fired upon for the first time
It also became known that the Russian invaders fired at the car in which the volunteers were, as well as the police bus. This was told by the head of the Luhansk police department Sergei Gaidai. He noted that in the vehicle, in the direction of which the occupiers opened fire, there were two local residents, as well as a resident of Vinnytsia. As a result of the attack, there were no casualties.
What is the current situation in the Lugansk region
- In the construction of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on April 30, it was reported that the infidels did not stop the offensive. Their troops are moving in the Limansky, Severodonetsky, Popasnyansky and Kurakhovsky directions.
- Let's note that the leadership of the Russian army is pursuing a new goal. He seeks to enter the administrative borders of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Consequently, shelling in the Donbas does not stop day or night.
- The other day, Russian paratroopers tried to storm the combat positions of the Ukrainian military in the Lugansk region. The efforts of the invaders were not crowned with success. Moreover, they lost a significant part of their personnel.
