Russian invaders introduced a strict access regime in the temporarily occupied Mariupol. In particular, the enemies established the so-called “passes for movement”.
The relevant information was provided by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko. New changes became known on May 22.

Pyotr Andryushchenko said that the corresponding sheet with the so-called rules of infidels was photographed in the Mangush “filtration center”.
In particular, on it so-called “rules” for obtaining a “travel pass” or exceptions are written, which in fact do not work.
In addition to what was written, our sources confirm that despite the written rules, they are not allowed to enter Mariupol without a pass, even with registration of a person, – Andryushchenko said.
He also added that Mariupol residents who settled have the biggest problem with this in the Mangushsky district without a residence permit, but are registered in Mariupol.
“Now they need a pass to travel within the region by car. The hellish level of the regime,” the adviser to the mayor of the city explained.
On the leaf itself with the so-called “rules” of infidels, a curfew is written – from 21 pm to 5 am. The enemies also specified what documents they need to apply for a “pass”.
