According to updated data, on September 16, the Russian occupiers attacked Kharkov with Iskander missiles. Previously it was reported that these were S-300s.

Such information was published on his Facebook page by the head of the Investigation Department of the National Police in the Kharkov region, Sergei Bolvinov.

Judging by the message, we are talking about Iskander K cruise missiles, which are used in the Russian Iskander operational-tactical missile systems.

The Kholodnogorsk district of Kharkov was damaged. According to the police, a seven-meter crater was formed at the site of the impact, buildings were damaged.

– Iskanders in the Kholodnogorsk region – the enemy attacked in the morning… Walls were destroyed, glass was broken, and on the spot our workers had already seized fragments of the body, the base of the wing and the control mechanism of the Iskander K missile system,” Bolvinov emphasized.

He confirmed that five people were injured during the attack, these are civilians. The injured were taken to the hospital.

Previously, the Kharkov OVA and the city mayor's office stated that the enemy used missiles against the S-300 anti-aircraft systems during the attack. However, the police clarified the data, saying about the Iskanders.

In total, about five strikes were recorded on the industrial zone. The OVA assured that there is no threat to the lives of the victims.
