In the evening, law enforcement officers continued to record the consequences of the attacks. This is necessary to collect all the evidence of the crimes of the Russians. It is already known that 12 houses were damaged there. The prosecutor's office reported that a total of 7 residents of Bakhmut were killed, and 6 more were injured. Bakhmut started at about 11:40. 12 streets fell under the massive blow of the enemy at once. The shells of the occupying troops hit shops, private houses and high-rise buildings. As a result of the explosions, fires broke out in 4 buildings.
On the police record, in particular, it is clear that one of the shells got stuck at the ice cream point of sale. Also, in many buildings, the windows were broken by small fragments of shells.
Most likely, the shelling of the settlement was carried out from Uragan multiple launch rocket systems. A few days before, the deputy mayor of the city reported that the situation in Bakhmut was becoming more and more difficult.
Currently, law enforcement officers have already opened criminal proceedings. They are investigating the attack on the city on August 10 under the article on violation of the laws and customs of war.
