The Mayor stressed that when the Armed Forces go on a counteroffensive, Energodar will know about it. It will be completely different from what the occupiers are trying to present now.
The enemy wants to sow panic as much as possible
Orlov noted that the most likely reason for provocations is to sow panic among local residents. The enemy wants to aggravate the situation so that people start to leave the city en masse at the same time. This will lead to the accumulation of a large number of people in the area of the village of Vasilyevka.

“Unfortunately, this is an attempt by the occupiers to use the citizens of Ukraine for a big” human shield “from the civilian population before the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in order to block the advance and intensity of the attack of our military,” Orlov said.
