The Netherlands signed contracts with Ukraine for the production of 600 thousand UAVs worth €500 million.
This was announced by the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands Ruben Brekelmans on the social network X.

“The brutal Russian airstrikes underscore the importance of our continued support for Ukraine. We have signed contracts with Ukrainian companies to produce 600,000 drones,” Brekelmans said.
According to him, the contracts provide for the production of 600 thousand unmanned aerial vehicles by Ukrainian defense companies for a total of €500 million.

At the same time, the Netherlands is providing Ukraine with a new military aid package worth approximately €175 million.
It includes anti-drone radars and 20 Ermine CASEVAC unmanned modular vehicles for casualty evacuation.
Earlier it was reported that the Netherlands is allocating an additional €80 million to develop unmanned technologies as part of the international drone coalition.
