Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov had a productive weekly conversation with Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin.
What Umerov and Austin talked about
According to Rustem Umerov, together with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky, they informed the US Secretary of Defense about the current situation at the front and discussed changes in the most important areas.
— We are working together to meet the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and increase the capabilities of the Ukrainian army, — summed up Umerov.
Earlier, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov had a telephone conversation with the head of the British Defense Ministry Grant Shapps and Armed Forces Commander Anthony Radakin about scaling up Ukraine's successes in destroying the Russian Black Sea Fleet and increasing the use of drones.
