In addition, on October 8, the government managed to redistribute funds within the framework of a loan from the European Investment Bank for the modernization of Ukrainian substations, thanks to which it will be possible to direct an additional €86 million to the construction of protection systems around energy facilities.
This will help reduce the risks of Russian terrorist attacks, the Prime Minister emphasized.
