Infidels used a flashette in Bucha/Collage 24 channels
The Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council confirmed that the Russians were killing civilians in Bucha with prohibited weapons. The Russians used a flashette.
This was reported by forensic experts. Civilians were killed with tiny metal arrows from Russian artillery shells.
Flechetta are metal darts 3-4 centimeters long, flying out of a shell after an explosion in the air. The affected area is 300 meters, the report says.
Eyewitnesses said that the Russians used a flachette before leaving the Kyiv region.
Russia has already used the prohibited shells OSH-1 and OSH-2 in the Syrian city of Aleppo and in the occupied Donbas. The Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council reminded that this shrapnel is prohibited by the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907.
