The body of a man was found in one of the quarters of the Masovian Voivodeship. It was severely mutilated with multiple stab wounds to the back and chest.
What is known about the victim
The criminal police and investigators worked for many hours at the scene local district attorney's office. They do not comment on the case, but said that it was a brutal murder.
According to media reports, the victim lived in Poland for several years. Polish journalists write that according to their data, the victim is a 55-year-old man who worked at a local dairy cooperative. He rented an apartment where his body was found.
We are currently in the process of setting autopsy dates. Let's hope that this will happen today, and maybe tomorrow, – said the press secretary of the district prosecutor's office in Ostroleka Elzbieta Lukasiewicz.
So far, no one has been arrested in the case.
In Poland a Ukrainian woman threw herself under a car
A 42-year-old Ukrainian woman was rescued in Warsaw seconds before the tragedy. She threw herself under the wheels of a car after she learned that the Russians had killed her 20-year-old daughter in Ukraine.
The woman convinced that now she had no reason to live. The heartbroken mother was admitted to the hospital. She is currently under medical supervision.
