AFU successfully recaptured more than 20 settlements of Kharkiv region from the enemy. Gradually, normal life is returning to towns and villages and preparations will be made for the heating season.
This Channel 24 was told by Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky. He also noted that in the liberated houses there is no light, heat, or any conditions for life.
According to Denis Monastyrsky, the primary task is providing humanitarian supplies, the possibility of their arrival will be provided by the military administration, together with the National Police.
The second and important thing is the return of the law enforcement system to the villages and cities that will be, or have already been de-occupied. The units of the State Emergency Service, which must ensure mine clearance, are the number one condition in order for life to return to these settlements, says the Minister of Internal Affairs.
Monastyrsky also says that we need to ensure the clearance of infrastructure facilities so that we can prepare for the autumn-winter period.
“Having visited the liberated cities of the Kharkiv region, I saw that there was no preparation for the heating season,” – the minister sums up.
ISW about the chances of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to return Kupyansk
Observers from the Institute for the Study of War noted that over the past day the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to achieve significant success in the Kharkiv region. And this means that our military is confidently moving towards Kupyansk, considered a key logistics center for the invaders.
According to analysts, AFU could approach a distance of 15 kilometers from Kupyansk. And this means that the rear positions of the enemy in the Kharkiv region have become more vulnerable to a further offensive by our defenders. Which, in turn, suggests the possibility of liberation from the occupation of Kupyansk. According to forecasts, this could happen in the next 72 hours.
Analysts noted that AFU has already recaptured Borshchevka, as well as Ivanovka, located along the E40 highway.
