Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov announced the launch of the Army of Robots and the Army of Electronic Warfare (electronic warfare).
He said this during a live broadcast at ForbesTech-2023.
– We will soon launch an Army of Robots, an Army of Electronic Warfare. We will rely on our ideology – market opening, transparency and the maximum opportunity to attract entrepreneurs who have already created various products and know how to scale products,” Fedorov said.
The minister emphasized that it is important not only to offer innovative developments, but also to be able to scale them.

In July 2022, the United24 fundraising platform, together with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Information, announced the launch of the Drone Army project.
This is a program that includes the systematic procurement of drones, their repair and prompt replacement, as well as a pilot training course.
Earlier, Fedorov reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive more than 2 thousand Ukrainian-made drones, which were purchased as part of the state project Drone Army.
A week earlier, 39 tanks, 57 guns, 34 armored vehicles and 307 strong points were hit by drones. Fedorov wrote that this is “minus millions of dollars from the Russians.”
