The Department of Defense wants public control over the purchase of fuel, food and other supplies, subject to martial law restrictions.
Defense Minister Aleksey Reznikov said that the department has developed a plan for the partial opening of public procurement to the public. Part of the information will be published on its website.

Reznikov also said that he had already given instructions to analyze product prices, reduce contract terms and develop new approaches to switch to the new menu system.
