Ukrainians liable for military service aged 18 to 60 years have the opportunity to update their military registration data through the Reserve+ mobile application before the end of the day in order to comply with the norm of the new law on mobilization.
Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogorenko explained on air of the national telethon Unified News how many people updated the data.
How many people updated their data as of July 16
— So, on the morning of July 16, almost 3 million 200 thousand of our citizens updated their data through the Reserve+ application. And also almost 3 million created an electronic military registration document. Let me remind you that this is an opportunity to upload your electronic military registration record through Reserve+ and provide it to all officials who have the right to check this document in a convenient format by scanning a QR code. These are checkpoints, border service points, etc., — noted by Ekaterina Chernogorenko.
The Deputy Minister of Defense thanked all citizens who did this on time. She recalled that this opportunity lasted two months, starting on the night of May 18.

— Today is the last day, according to our law, to update data. During two months, these 60 days, the update could be made at three points: TCC and SP, TsNAP or the Reserve+ application. Just yesterday we saw that the load on the registry has increased. It is more than the classic load during these 60 days. We understand that there may be many requests to update data on the last day. We were preparing for peak load, — approved by the Deputy Minister of Defense.
Previously, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced how many people had updated their military registration data as of July 14.
According to the Defense Ministry Situation Center, another 995,224 citizens updated their military registration data via the Reserve+, TCC, or CPAU application over the past week (from July 8 to July 14).
In total, as of July 14, 2024, the number of updates reached more than 4 million.
