Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Natalya Kalmykova and co-founder and CEO of Work.ua Artur Mikhno signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the “recruiting” project.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports this.
— The system of modern personnel selection for the Armed Forces of Ukraine should start working as quickly as possible. After all, troops need professional specialists, and people must clearly understand which unit and which military specialty they will go to. The recruiting company will provide services in the interests of the army free of charge, Kalmykova said.
The head of Work.ua noted that his company is ready to offer services for a systematic approach to attracting military personnel into the ranks of the Armed Forces.

— Today the Armed Forces of Ukraine need a lot of specialists with civilian specialties. These are drivers, mechanics, gas welders, and builders. We want to provide the opportunity for units to recruit professional military personnel who have relevant experience in civilian life,” he added.
Mikhno stressed that cooperation will make the Ukrainian army much more effective.
This is already the second recruiting company with which the department has entered into an agreement. Negotiations are ongoing with a number of other participants in the employment market.
On November 13, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the start of a recruitment project for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
