The Ministry of Defense demonstrates the captured Russian “Pantsir-S1″/Collage of Channel 24
Today, June 7, a new exhibit of the Russian-Ukrainian war was installed on Mikhailovskaya Square. An element of the air defense system of the invaders was added to the destroyed Russian tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and artillery.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine demonstrated another trophy. The department stressed that this sample of Russian military weapons “Pantsir-S1” was destroyed by Ukrainian superheroes.
As they write in the Ministry of Defense, exposing the trophies of war in the center of the capital, Ukrainians are reminded that the weapons of the invaders will no longer threaten our peace.
“This enemy anti-aircraft missile and gun system was delivered to the center of Kyiv, where the destroyed Russian military equipment from the Chernihiv region,” the department added on the page.

Russian “Pantsir -С1”: help
The Pantsir-S1 self-propelled anti-aircraft missile and gun system is designed to destroy air targets. Its arsenal includes 4 twin 30-millimeter guns (1,400 rounds of ammunition) and 12 guided surface-to-air missiles.
By combining a multi-channel system for capturing and tracking targets with missile and artillery weapons, Pantsir-S1 creates a continuous target interception zone in height (minimum) from 0 meters and in range (minimum) from 200 meters. Reachability in height is 15 kilometers, in range – 20 kilometers. The complex can also fire at lightly armored ground vehicles.
Since February 24, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have destroyed about a dozen Pantsir-S1 units.
Other losses of the enemy: briefly
On June 7, Ukrainian soldiers liquidated about 31,360 Russians. At the same time, the occupying army also suffers losses in equipment. So, over the past day, the number of tanks destroyed is 1,390 units; armored combat vehicles – 3,416 units, artillery systems – 694 units, operational-tactical UAVs – 553 units, vehicles and tankers – 2,405 units. Also, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed more than 200 multiple launch rocket systems, 212 aircraft, 177 helicopters and 96 air defense systems.
The General Staff noted that over the past day, the Russian invaders suffered the most losses in the Slavyansk direction. And in the operational-tactical group “Vostok” they said that Ukrainian defenders destroyed a Russian observation post and 2 ammunition depots.
