According to her, Russia is already using the territory of Belarus to carry out aggressive actions.
“I want to remind you that according to the norms of international law, a country that provides territory to a third country for committing aggression is also an accomplice in this international crime, which is called aggression. The everyday language is war,” Anna Malyar explained.
Training of the Belarusian army
The Deputy Minister of Defense noted that we have already seen how Russia used the reason for the exercises in order to carry out a real escalation and invade the territory of another state.
Of course, training is this is one of the ways to maintain the combat readiness of the troops. But to formally demonstrate it as training,” said Anna Malyar.
“There is a threat and the use of the territory of Belarus, and strikes from that territory also remain. Just as the threat of the use of the Transnistrian region of Moldova remains,” Malyar summed up.
