The invaders bring medicine from Crimea/Collage of Channel 24

There are problems with food deliveries in temporarily occupied Kherson, but the Russians are exporting grain resources from Kherson. Instead, medicines are brought from the occupied Crimea, which become poison for people.

Problem with medicine in the Kherson region

However, humanitarian aid people are in no hurry to go to the invaders. Irina Salikhova, a volunteer from Kherson, spoke about this on the air of Channel 24.

According to her, the problem with medicines has not gone away. The occupiers do not provide medicine to either hospitals or the population.

Moreover, the Russians tried to open their pharmacies with Russian drugs, because the locals refused to cooperate with them. However, after a few days they were also closed.

It is also a typical situation when drugs are brought from the temporarily occupied Crimea by cars, leveling storage conditions and temperature conditions.

It's all lying in an embankment in the car. And all this medicine turns into poison,” the volunteer said.

She also added that the biggest problem both in Kherson and Crimea is with this medicine:

  • insulin ;
  • asthma;
  • epilepsy.

“The situation is really terrible. There is a need for everything, because for more than 70 days there have been no official deliveries to either hospitals or pharmacy chains,” Salikhova added.
