When Ukraine and the world together implement the Victory Plan, the Russian Federation will no longer be able to continue a full-scale war and will be forced into peace.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a briefing with the head of the Council of Ministers of Italy Giorgia Meloni.

According to him, the world sees that Russia is ignoring real diplomacy and the Peace Formula proposed by Ukraine to end this war fairly on the basis of the UN Charter.
— When and if we implement the victory plan through cooperation with our partners, then Russia will no longer be able to continue this war and will be forced to peace. This is precisely the meaning of the Victory Plan. We want to protect Ukrainian independence, families, our people and the right of children to live in a free country, — the president emphasized.
Volodymyr Zelensky and George Meloni paid special attention to the economic point of the Ukraine Victory Plan during the meeting.
According to the president, this concerns special economic opportunities in Ukraine and critical resources, which should definitely not end up under the control of the Russian Federation.
