The GUR named the names of the military of the Caspian flotilla, who are atrocious in Zaporozhye and Mariupol/Channel 24
The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine has received a list of war criminals from the 117th Separate Marine Regiment of the Caspian Flotilla (military unit No. 87852), which is based in the city of Kaspiyskoe as part of the 58th Army.
It is these 1963 people who kill, torture and mock Ukrainians who are in the Mariupol and Zaporozhye regions.
The list includes the commander – Colonel Zelensky Pavel Nikolayevich and a number deputies:
- for airborne training – lieutenant colonel Volodin Vladimir Vladimirovich,
- for airborne training – head of the airborne service – lieutenant colonel Rychagov Anton Mikhailovich,
- for military-political work – lieutenant colonel Goncharov Nikolai Alexandrovich,
- for armaments – head of the technical unit – lieutenant colonel Andrey Sergeevich Kiselev,
- from the rear – head of rear services – lieutenant colonel Dulya Vladimir Ivanovich,
- deputy chief of staff – Captain Stepanov Artem Aleksandrovich,
- Deputy Chief of Staff for Naval Training of the Headquarters – Captain Artur Karlenovich Mysakyan,
- Deputy Chief of Staff for Troops and Military Security of the Headquarters – Major Kurbanov Ruslan Magomedgabibovich.
In addition, the data of commanders, officers, doctors, assistants, drivers, craftsmen and shooters are given.

For the crimes committed against the civilian population of Ukraine, all war criminals will stand trial and be held accountable.
What is known about the criminal flotilla
- The flotilla includes several brigades and divisions of ships, aviation, coastal troops.
- From the ships of the Caspian flotilla, cruise missiles attacked targets in Syria from a distance of 1,500 kilometers.
- After the occupation of Crimea, their landing forces were regularly seen in the Sea of Azov boats of the Dugong and Chamois project.
