Alexander Kraev, expert of the Ukrainian Prism Foreign Policy Council, said this on air on Channel 24. He explained why such a date is heard.

” The fact is that under modern market conditions it is impossible to build autarchy in Russia, that is, independence from all things of the outside world or other people,” Kraev explained.
If we talk about active phase of hostilities, then the Russians always had a certain limit on April 15,” he noted.
On Russia’s obligations to China
He noted that it was on April 15 that the Russians should pay off tens of billions of dollars of external liabilities to international organizations and specific creditors. In particular, in front of China.
“I have a hard time imagining a situation where Russia, under such conditions, is trying to quarrel or fight economically with China as well,” the expert emphasized.
Therefore, one way or another otherwise, by April 15 they need to get at their disposal at least part of their own gold and foreign exchange reserves. This means at least partly accepting the West's condition and lifting part of the sanctions.
