The relevant information in an interview with Italian journalists was announced by the head of the Nikolaev regional military administration Vitaly Kim. He stressed that Ukraine cannot use the tactics of Russia and advance across open areas in large spurts of troops.
Vitaly Kim explained that Russian tactics would lead to many civilian casualties. Therefore, through a different concept of war and life, Ukraine relies on tactical success.

What is the situation in the Kherson region
- In the first weeks of a full-scale war, Russia managed to temporarily occupy parts of the Kherson region and appoint so-called “regional leaders”. After that, the occupying authorities introduced a dual-currency zone and are trying to force children to study according to the Russian program.
- The legitimate head of the Kherson regional military administration, Gennady Laguta, said that recently a representative of Vladimir Putin was in occupied Kherson, who ordered the preparation of the so-called “referendum” by autumn.
- It is known that the Armed Forces of Ukraine went on a counteroffensive in the Kherson region. Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President's Office, said that our military managed to neutralize a Russian battalion tactical group.
- On June 9, Ukrainian aviation attacked the positions of Russian troops in 5 settlements of the Kherson region at once. Ukrainian artillerymen also inflicted damage on the enemy.
- On June 10, it was reported that scouts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a group of paratroopers of the Russian occupation forces during an operation in the South. Thanks to this, they even managed to capture the weapons of the opponents.
