The liberated Olkhovka in the Kharkiv region was almost completely destroyed by the occupiers/Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office
Law enforcement officers continue to record the facts of war crimes in Olkhovka, Kharkiv region. The settlement was recently liberated from the Russian invaders.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, in Olkhovka they continue to identify enemy equipment and the bodies of the invaders. At the same time, the infrastructure of the village was damaged during the occupation.
Fixing crimes: a list of destroyed objects
On April 10, 2022, a group of procedural leaders, together with the investigative and operational group of the SBU Directorate in the Kharkiv region, made a trip to the village of Olkhovka, Kharkiv region. The purpose of the visit is to document Russia's war crimes.
When examining the scene, it was found that most of the civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed. In particular, we are talking about:
- residential buildings,
- subsidiary farms,
- vehicles,
- local school,
- shops.
In addition, destroyed armored vehicles of the occupiers, used weapons and the bodies of Russian servicemen were found on the spot.

Under the procedural leadership of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into a violation of the laws and customs of war, involving premeditated murder, the department adds.
