Channel 24 correspondent Anna Chernenko visited the scene. According to her, on the evening of June 27, the enemy randomly shelled residential areas of Kharkiv with cluster shells.

When the shells covered the ordinary courtyards of Kharkov, a man who was in his apartment died in the Saltovsky district.

In the Nemyshlyansky district of the city, people who were in the courtyard came under fire – someone was sitting on a bench, someone was walking a dog, someone was returning home, children were playing on the playground.

Kharkiv resident Sergey said that he was returning home and saw a man he was walking his dog.
He sat down on a bench, near which a shell flew in, his leg was torn off by shrapnel. He fell, I ran to him. Then he ran home for an elastic bandage and pads to stop the bleeding before the ambulance arrived, he recalls.
Another resident Maxim confesses that he first heard two arrivals, he went to the bathroom when he heard another loud bang.
“Dust rose, windows in the house flew out. I ran downstairs, met a family and ran to the basement,” he says.
The rescuers of the State Emergency Service note that infidels hit the playground with cluster munitions and the courtyard of the house. Four children were among the wounded in the Nemyshlyansky district. Law enforcement officers add that the enemy hit “blindly” – just where the shells hit.
It was about 6 pm. Already around midnight, Kharkov was again fired with rockets. There, a car dealership and a school were completely burned down, and residential buildings were also damaged.
According to the journalist, the night in Kharkov was again restless. On the morning of June 28, explosions were heard again, but it is not yet known what they were.

Earlier, OVA head Oleg Sinegubov stressed that the enemy deliberately terrorizes civilians. Russian infidels beat the streets and yards. Only civilian infrastructure suffers. He urged people to be as careful as possible and not to take to the streets without the need. There was a huge fire there. By the time the missiles hit, there were more than a thousand peaceful Ukrainians in the mall. As of 13:00 on June 28, 20 dead and about 60 injured are known.
