This was told at a press conference in Istanbul by the relatives of the defenders of Mariupol, Channel 24 informs. There they again asked Erdogan to help save the lives of people fighting for the city.

Why they turn to Erdogan

According to them, they turned to the Turkish president for help, because they see him as a guarantor of human values. In particular, in Moscow.

We see love, strength and weight on a global scale. This is a person who can ensure a dialogue with Putin. We believe that the President of Turkey is the last hope, the relatives said.

Relatives of the defenders of Mariupol added that they hope for his help in this difficult matter and believe that Erdogan will be able to help them. That is why their attention is riveted to him.
