Kurnosova explained that Germany is Putin's old partner. The dictator began his career in this country, and more or less knows German. According to her, this helped establish contacts even back when he was still deputy mayor of St. Petersburg.

By contacting Germany, he made quite a lot of money. He still has a considerable number of economic partners there. Putin understands through whom he can put pressure and influence the political situation, – noted the political analyst.

The dictator understands Scholz's weaknesses. Therefore, conversations with such an interlocutor cannot but please him.

“He is wary of him. He understands that Trump has opportunities and desires. This is Trump's last term. He will no longer be president. He now has a majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. He can push through whatever he wants,” Olga Kurnosova stated.
