The Kremlin is seriously panicking: Diky said what caused the hysteria of the regime Anzhelika Galesevich

The lifting of the ban on Western weapons strikes on Russian territory caused real panic and hysteria in the Kremlin. The Russians saw that the West had become more relaxed about their nuclear rhetoric. Therefore, they began to look for other options to intimidate their Ukrainian partners again so that they would “roll back” this permission.

First, they tried to change the nuclear doctrine once again, but to no avail. Then they found no other option than to launch a new medium-range ballistic missile “Oreshnik” without a nuclear warhead at Ukraine. This was told to Channel 24 by ATO veteran Yevgeny Diky, who noted that from a military point of view such use was pointless.

Who did Russia send a signal to by launching the Oreshnik missile

Diky explained that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin managed to keep his Ukrainian partners in fear with his nuclear threats for more than 2.5 years. But the fear began to weaken and they realized that the head of the Kremlin was bluffing.

One of the turning points in this process was the Ukrainian operation in the Kursk region, about which none of our allies were warned. They were shocked, but they saw that nothing had happened and it could have been done even earlier.

The final chord was Ukraine's permission to strike with American ATACMS and British Storm Shadow missiles on Russian territory. Obviously, such a decision is painful and dangerous for the Russian army. That is why panic began in the Kremlin.

But the nuclear threats that Russia had been holding on to throughout this entire period no longer have such a powerful effect on its Ukrainian partners. Accordingly, the Russians urgently needed to do something to make the West afraid again.

The first step was cheap and angry – another change in the nuclear doctrine, to which the West reacted calmly. And then the Kremlin in hysterics began to look for a way to show its “strength” and “power”.

And so Putin did not find another option than to launch a new medium-range ballistic missile “Oreshnik” at Ukraine, but without a nuclear warhead. They wanted to demonstrate that they really can fly it.

So that the West would get scared again and decide, like, “no, no, they really are crazy, next time they will launch the same missile, but with a real nuclear warhead.” This is aimed at “rolling back” these permissions to attack Russia. Fortunately, they didn't “roll it out,” Yevgeny Dikiy summed up.

On the inexpediency of using the Oreshnik missile against Ukraine

The launch of the Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missile against Ukraine is evidence of panic in Russia. From a military point of view, what the Kremlin did was not just “shooting sparrows with a cannon,” but “shooting flies with a cannon.”

Since the cost of this missile is more than 50 million dollars. It has been produced for years and years. It is designed specifically for a nuclear warhead and can destroy an entire city.

Pay attention! Ukrainian intelligence claims that Russia launched a Kedr missile into the Dnieper on November 21. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, said that the Russians were supposed to have manufactured two prototypes of this missile as of October, but that production is not serial.

But if metal blanks are used instead of a nuclear warhead, the destructive effect will be less than that of a FAB or Iskander missile. That is why the so-called “mushroom cloud” was not visible after the missile's arrival.
