The Kremlin is really panicking: permission to strike Russia shows Putin two things at once Angela Figin

The story with North Korean troops in the Kursk region pushed the West to act more decisively and allow Ukraine to strike at Russian territory. The Kremlin really panicked, although they were expecting this, because they had prepared a decree on updating the nuclear doctrine, which Vladimir Putin had already signed.

The head of the Center for Public Analysis “Vezha” Valery Klochok told 24 Kanal about this. He noted that now the Kremlin is faced with a dilemma – what to do next.

What 2 signals did the West give Putin

There is no such concept as preventive in the West's concept. However, our allies are already using Article 51, Section VII of the UN Charter, as Putin did when he declared that he was “forced to strike Ukraine because NATO had approached the Russian borders.”

The West is also now referring to Article 51 – there will be strikes on Russia, – Klochok noted.

Granting Ukraine permission to strike Russia gives the dictator two signals at once:

  • the response of the DPRK and Russia, saying that you will definitely not expand the military bloc;
  • NATO’s readiness to strike Russian territory, destroying its military potential.

Please note! Retired British Major General Rupert Jones said that Putin may try to punish the West and the United States outside the battlefield in Ukraine. For example, Russia will transfer its weapons to other countries that pose a threat to the West.

According to the head of the Center for Public Analysis “Vezha”, the decision to strike Russia was made by two US presidents – Joe Biden and Donald Trump during their meeting. The adoption of this decision once again emphasizes that the Americans are consistent in their foreign policy, regardless of who currently leads the White House.

The West does not yet understand how the war should end. However, I see the prospects for its completion in the fact that Biden and Xi Jinping contacted. Please note that the strikes on Russia took place after their meeting. I am not saying that Xi Jinping sanctioned them, but he was informed. At least he didn't deny them, Klochok added.

By the way, Joe Biden and Xi Jinping met on November 16 in Peru. Both politicians arrived in Lima to participate in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum. In particular, during the meeting, Biden called on China to use its influence on the DPRK to prevent an escalation of the war against Ukraine.
