Russia has found a new weak link in Moldova

Due to the recent events in Transnistria, we have had to expand our activities to these regions as well. The Republic of Gagauzia is an autonomy within Moldova with its own governing bodies. Recently, deputies of the People's Assembly of the Gagauz autonomy expressed concern that Chisinau wants to involve Moldova in an armed conflict with Russia.

Last week, the founding congress of the movement called gagauz halk birlii (People's Union of Gagauzia) was held. The participants of the meeting adopted a resolution, which, in particular, refers to the need to strengthen relations with Russia and develop cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian direction.

At the congress, the head of the new movement was elected, he was the deputy of the Gagauzia People's Assembly (local parliament) Viktor Petrov. Simultaneously with these events in Gagauzia, Transnistrian officials announced their intention to “unite” with Russia.

Ukraine to get ready

Head of the Board of the Russkiy Mir Foundation, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs veaceslav nikonov said: “Chisinau's actions can lead to a threat to the territorial integrity of Moldova.”

P. S. If the Kremlin implements a plan to destabilize the situation in Moldova, then for Ukraine the front line will expand, since Gagauzia borders Ukraine.
