Russian propagandists are constantly marked by absurd statements about the course of the “special operation” in Ukraine. And no wonder, because their leader sets them such a trend.
The other day, Vladimir Putin said that the aggressor state had not yet “started anything seriously.” Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov commented on the words of the dictator. He is quoted by the Russian media.
Peskov explained Putin's words
Yes, the words of the head of the Kremlin that we “have not yet started anything seriously in Ukraine “means that Russia used only a small part of its potential during the war.
As Peskov noted, their president “appelled to those statements that are heard from Western countries and Kyiv, that Kyiv will move on the battlefield until victory.”
Here Putin recalled that the potentials are absolutely incomparable. Russia's potential is so great in this regard that only an insignificant part of it is now involved in a special military operation, the Russian propagandist said.

On July 7, the Russian dictator met with factions of the State Duma said that the Russian Federation allegedly has not yet “seriously started” a war against Ukraine, but “the further, the more difficult it will be to agree with Moscow.”
At the same time, he emphasizes that Russia itself seems to does not refuse peace talks with Ukraine.
Arestovich reacted ironically to Putin's absurd statements
Aleksei Arestovich, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, did not stand aside from the next statements of the Russian leader. He rather ironically answered him: “You haven't started, but you are already finishing.”
