The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry called the statements of the United States and NATO that they are not at war with the Russian Federation, "a bad face for a bad game"
The current Russian authorities believe that the United States and NATO are participating in the war with the Russian Federation because they help strike the territory of the aggressor state with long-range Western weapons.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated this in a commentary to Russian propagandists, referring to statements by the owner of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin.
“The President [Putin] explained “how ATACMS and other long-range US weapons supplied by the US to Ukraine operate. For any technically literate person versed in military affairs, it is clear that without the direct participation of the US in targeting and preparing data from satellites, these missiles would not have flown anywhere,” – he said.
At the same time, Lavrov called the statements of the United States and NATO that they are not at war with the Russian Federation “a bad face in a bad game” and, with reference to Putin, said that the Russian Federation will respond to shelling of its regions with Western weapons and this will become noticeable in the near future.
Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he does not need nuclear weapons to achieve his goals in the war against Ukraine, but at the same time he emphasized , that the West should not assume that Russia will never use it.
