Russian troops announced the transfer of the “capital” of the temporarily occupied districts of the Kharkiv region to Volchansk, located in the North near the border with Russia.
Occupiers flee to Volchansk
Russian troops decided to flee the city of Kupyansk. The invading troops are seriously panicking. Earlier, the Institute for the Study of War noted that within the next 72 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to recapture Kupyansk.
Therefore, the occupying “government” decided to flee from Kupyansk, where they were during the spring and summer. This was announced by collaborator Yevgeny Yevtushenko. Like, “against the background of all the events and the evacuation of the government from Kupyansk, the regional center is being transferred to Volchansk.”
The Russian media also confirm that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already got too close to Kupyansk. But the official authorities are silent about the failures in the Kharkiv region and did not even announce that they had lost Balakleya.
