The identity of the Ukrainian military man who was brutally killed by Russian occupiers in the Donetsk region has been established.

Prosecutor General Andrei Kostin announced this.

– “We cannot yet name his name, because procedures are ongoing to finally confirm his data,” the Prosecutor General clarified.

Andrey Kostin also noted that Russian commanders potentially responsible for the beheading of the Ukrainian defender have been identified.
