Spouses shot in their own basement in the Kherson region
One of the next crimes of Russians against peaceful population was recorded in the village of Arkhangelsk in the Kherson region. The Pavlenko spouses were found dead there, to whom the military of the Russian army had previously burst into them.
Thus, according to the inhabitants of the village of Arkhangelskoye, the Pavlenko spouses were found murdered in the cellar of their own house. A man and a woman were killed on the evening of August 23 – In Alentin Pavlenko was shot in the head, and his wife Larisa was lying under his body.
They were last seen alive around 20:00 on August 23. An hour later, the neighbors heard a noise in Pavlenko's yard, which soon disappeared.
No shots were heard. But, as the neighbors said, Larisa and Valentin never left the yard during curfew, so they didn’t pay much attention to that noise, however, when we didn’t see them in the yard on the morning of August 24, we began to worry.
We went into the house – they were nowhere to be found. And when we looked into their cellar, we saw Valentine's body there … After we went down to the basement to pull out Valentine's body, we saw that he was hugging his dead wife Larisa, covered with a blanket, – witnesses of this tragedy said.
< p>People speculate that the perpetrators may have used silenced weapons, as they did not hear the sound of gunshots.
According to them, the Pavlenkos were engaged in small-scale farming and Russian soldiers broke into their homes at least three times.
