The historical center of Mariupol after the “liberation” by Russia/screenshot from the video
The situation in Mariupol continues to be extremely complicated, and the Russian occupiers have left only ruins of the city.
Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky showed what the center of long-suffering Mariupol looks like after the “liberation” by the Russian occupiers – there are more of them no.
The historical center of Mariupol has turned into ruins. Crazy Russian bastards who are so fond of crying out about “our history”, which should not be rewritten and forgotten, destroyed this history themselves, – Kazansky wrote.

The journalist added that the old Mariupol is no more, because it was bombed by Russian aircraft and destroyed by Russian tanks.
Recall that, despite the fact that the enemy destroyed the hero city, its defenders, in particular the Azov regiment, have been surrounded by the enemy for more than 2 months, but continue to repulse the Russian invaders. The soldiers are not going to give up, because the only chance to survive is to fight for Ukraine to the end.
The situation in Mariupol: the main thing
- Mariupol is almost completely under the occupation of the Russian military. The only place that they failed to capture for all their attempts and concentration of forces was the Azovstal plant. There, for two months, there were civilians from neighboring houses, as well as Ukrainian defenders. All women, children and elderly people were evacuated from the plant, however, there may still be civilians in the Azovstal bomb shelters blocked by rubble.
- Near Mariupol, the Russian invaders continue to bring the bodies of the townspeople to a mass grave. A video of one of these mass graves was published by the Mariupol City Council. It shows hundreds of bags, which probably contain the bodies of killed civilians.
- According to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, Lyudmila Denisova, the number of dead civilians in Mariupol could be much higher than 20,000.
- After the Russians destroyed the city and killed thousands of residents, they cynically declared that they decided to make a “resort” out of the city.
- The day before, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, said that they would deblockade Mariupol will not work. He explained that if there was an opportunity, they would have done it long ago.
- It is known that the leadership of the Russian army and the Russian government do not want to release the Ukrainian military from the blocked Azovstal plant in Mariupol. The aggressor country is only ready to exchange military prisoners for prisoners.
