Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov almost immediately confirmed the information about the “arrivals”. At first, the mayor said that there were no casualties, however, he has already stated that, unfortunately, there are victims.
According to him, as a result of the shelling of the Industrial District, there are six wounded . Doctors deal with all of them.
He also noted that there was still a morning arrival in the Novobavarsky district. Fortunately, there were no fires and no casualties, but the windows in the residential building were smashed out.
