The grandson of Maria Prymachenko fights in the ranks of the TPO/ArmyInform

< strong _ngcontent-sc88="">The grandson of the world famous artist Maria Primachenko is fighting in the ranks of the terrorist defense. Mr. Peter went through fierce battles in the Kyiv region, which he will definitely never forget in his life.

Artist and businessman Pyotr Primachenko believes that the war with Russia began in 2014. Then he joined the Revolution of Dignity, and then actively volunteered. On February 24, when the full-scale invasion of Russia began, the man immediately went to the ranks of the terrorist defense of Kyiv.

Fought against Russian invaders in the Kyiv region

Mr. Peter joined the defense of Kyiv and the region. One of the highlights he remembers is when an enemy tank spotted their position and started firing. Then, fortunately, the brethren destroyed it with the help of the British NLAW grenade launcher.

My brother and I crossed ourselves, but at the crucial moment the tank ran out of ammo. Therefore, he “worked out” for us from a machine gun. Fortunately, our neighbors opened fire with NLAW and destroyed the enemy,โ€ the military said.

During the three months of a full-scale war, Peter has already changed many positions and performed various tasks. According to him, the hardest thing you experience in a war is the loss of your brothers. His close comrade, Father Maxim, died: the Russians killed him, and then rudely ran over him in a tank. The fighter admits that he has never seen more cynicism and atrocity in his life.

The man believes in the victory of Ukraine. For him, this will happen when the Ukrainian Armed Forces completely destroy the Russians.

He is sure that good will surely overcome evil. Already in peaceful Ukraine, the man intends to open his own art exhibition in his native Ivankov. So far, only the closest people have seen Mr. Peter's paintings.

Grandmother's painting was sold for 500 thousand dollars

Mr. Peter took over the template for drawing from his father and grandmother. Maria Primachenko praised her grandson for good paintings and constantly prompted. The military man was especially hurt when the Russian invaders got into the local history museum in Ivankovo, where the works of his grandmother were kept. Fortunately, they survived.

Subsequently, one of the paintings “Flowers grew near the fourth power unit” was sold with the help of the Charitable Foundation of Sergei Prytula for 500 thousand dollars. All funds, including 30% of the amount for copyright, were transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In general, the man regularly supports the Ukrainian army.

Recall that Maria Primachenko is a unique artist who worked in the direction of “naive art”. During her life she painted about 800 paintings. 2009 was recognized by UNESCO as the year of Maria Primachenko.
