The coming cold has brought a new problem for Ukrainians – a difficult heating season. Heat is supplied when the temperature drops below 8 degrees.
The norms imply that in winter apartments should be at least 18 degrees Celsius. When exactly the heating season starts and when it ends, the local authorities decide.
When the heating season starts and ends
If three days is an average outdoor temperature is +8 degrees and below, then this is the reason to give heat. It is necessary to finish the heating season no earlier than within three days, the average daily temperature of the outside air exceeds +8 degrees.
Initially, social facilities provide heat – kindergartens, schools, hospitals. This is how the law is stipulated.
