The government has allocated more than 119 billion hryvnias to the Ministry of Defense: what will the money be used for/Channel 24

Summing up the government meeting on April 29, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said this. He noted that the key priority is to provide for our army, Channel 24 reports.
What will funds be allocated for
According to him, meeting, we discussed the allocation of funds for the needs of the Ministry of Defense.
Today, at a government meeting, we are allocating more than 119 billion hryvnias to the Ministry of Defense. We are trying to provide our fighters as much as possible,” Shmyhal said.
The funds will go to:
- salaries,
- equipment,
- fuel ,
- food,
- protection,
- weapons.
For the same needs, 28 billion hryvnia will be allocated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs cases.
Shmygal added that another priority of our state is the economy. In addition, today we approved a specific plan for ensuring food security in Ukraine and made a decision that gas prices for people remain unchanged.
