Head of the military administration of Krivoy Rog Alexander Vilkul spoke about the current situation in the city and the region. He noted that the region is under the full control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The current situation in the Krivoy Rog region as of April 29

Despite the fact that our defenders and defenders do not allow the invaders to advance in the direction of Krivoy Rog, the enemy inflicts barbarous shelling from the air. On the afternoon of April 29, the Russians fired “Grads” at the settlements of Bolshaya Kostromka and Maryanskoye.

In addition, shelling continued along the defense line during the day – this is more than 100 km of the front. In the Zelenodolsk community, the Russians cooked six times. At the same time, Malaya Kostromka fell under the blows of the enemy “Grads”. As a result of the shelling, about ten houses of civilians, cars and utility buildings were destroyed. According to Vilkul, there are, fortunately, none civilian casualties.

Mine clearance continues. To date, 5 cluster shells and 17 unguided rocket shells have been defused. I remind everyone – for safety, travel exclusively by public roads between settlements, – added the head of the military administration of Kryvyi Rih.

At the same time, Vilkul stressed that the entire infrastructure of the city is working stably, the same applies to all utilities in the district. Social payments are made on time, and industrial enterprises of the district continue their activities.

By the way, the official called on all residents of the Kryvyi Rih region who want to visit cemeteries on memorial days this weekend to do so opportunities another time, so that there is no mass gathering of people.
